“Every feature UploadEze offers already exists in a free tool a user can reach in one tab-switch. Validate willingness-to-pay before writing code.”

“Instead of jumping directly into coding, I was able to work through the idea step by step — research, validation, features, user flows…”
— Sakib Anjum
5-star review
A real report, exactly as its founder received it. This one came back Reconsider — honest even when it hurts, so you never find out the hard way.
Everyone says it's a great idea
Only the market can prove it
Your friends love it. Your family loves it. Even ChatGPT loves it. But love doesn't pay invoices — customers do. Before you pour your nights, weekends and savings into this, find out who has the problem, how badly it hurts, who already solves it, and whether there is room for you.
- Find the deal-breaker before it costs you a year
- Walk into every customer call knowing what to ask
- Price from what buyers already pay, not from hope
- Build the version the evidence backs — and stop second-guessing
Believe in your idea. Then let the market prove you right.

The honest answer
your friends are too kind to give
Every report ends in one of four verdicts with a score out of 100. We tune it so that across many different ideas, roughly four in ten come back Reconsider or Don't build — because a verdict that always says yes is worthless, and a no today can save you a year.
Build now
The problem is real, buyers exist, and the numbers work. The report lists what to build first.
Build with a pivot
Something here is worth building, but not as described. You get the change that makes it work — a narrower buyer, a different price, a sharper wedge.
Reconsider
A serious gap stands in the way. The report names it and the evidence that would change the answer.
Don't build
The market says no, and the report says why. It stings for an evening — far less than a year spent building something nobody buys.
And an honest roast
Four to seven sentences on the weakness you are most likely underestimating — written to sting a little, because that is what makes it stick. A gentler version comes with it, for when you share the news with a co-founder.
Proof, not opinions
research you can check yourself
The 11 sections that depend on fresh facts — market size, competitors, demand, pricing and regulation among them — search the live web and cite what they found. The 8 that weigh the evidence, the verdict among them, reason it through before they answer. Where a number can only be estimated, such as what buyers will pay, the report says so and tells you how to test it.
Asking a chatbot
- One long answer to the question as you framed it
- Tends to agree with you — it was built to be helpful
- Sources only if you ask, and often not then
- Gone when the conversation scrolls away

Your first read appears here
A score out of 100, five quick ratings, what is strong, what worries us, and the one thing to do next.
The report is where building starts
not where it ends up in a drawer
Everything the research found becomes the foundation for what you build next — no blank page, no starting over.
Turn it into a project
One click carries the findings into a new project: the architecture sizes for your market, the phases start with your experiments, and pricing starts from what buyers pay.
Ask the report questions
Chat with your report. Ask why a score is low, what a competitor does better, or how to word your first customer email.
Change your mind, run it again
Edit your answers and re-run one section or the whole report. Every run is kept, so you can compare the old answer with the new one.
Share it safely
Private until you choose otherwise. A share link opens a read-only copy; add a password, or replace the link to shut old ones out.
Take it offline
Export all 30 sections as a print-ready PDF for investors, advisors or your own notes.
Know what to do on Monday
The report closes with a customer interview plan and a short list of cheap experiments — the evidence to gather before you write a line of code.
Validate your version 2
before you rebuild version 1
Point us at your repository and live site and tell us why you are thinking about v2. A 5-section analysis reads what you have built and where the market has moved, then tells you whether the next version is worth it. It takes 15–25 minutes and costs ~2,388 credits.

Still wondering?
Here's what founders ask us
A chat reply is one answer to the question as you asked it, and assistants lean towards agreeing with you. A PlanMySaaS report splits the question into 30 sections, searches the live web for the 11 that need fresh facts and cites what it found, and ends in a verdict tuned to say Reconsider or Don't build when the evidence points that way. The report is saved, versioned, and can become your build plan.
From live web searches run while your report is being written — competitors' sites and pricing pages, market and industry sources, public discussions and regulators, depending on the section. Each researched section lists its sources. Where a figure can only be estimated, such as what buyers will pay, the report marks it as an estimate and suggests how to test it.
30–45 minutes for all 30 sections. Three are written at a time and appear as they finish. You can close the tab: the report keeps running, and if our servers restart, it resumes where it stopped.
Each section costs ~245–~536 credits and is charged as it runs; a full report comes to ~13,746 credits. A section that fails is not charged. New accounts get 100 free credits — enough to try it on a real idea before paying. Paid plans include a monthly allowance.
Then the report has done its most valuable job. It explains why and names the evidence that would change the answer. Rework the idea — a different buyer, a narrower problem, a new price — and run it again. Every run is kept, so you can see whether the answer moved.
Your idea and report are private to your account. When you want feedback, create a share link: it opens a read-only copy, you can add a password, and replacing the link shuts old ones out. You can also export the whole report as a PDF.
Yes — run an upgrade analysis instead. Connect your repository, add your live site and tell us why you are considering v2; 5 sections later (15–25 minutes) you get a call on whether the next version is worth building: Major upgrade, Incremental, Pivot or Maintain.
A 30-second opinion from the AI's own knowledge — no web search and no sources — with a score, five ratings, the main concerns and a next step. It is a useful gut check. The full report is where your idea meets real market data.
Click to build the idea and the findings travel with it: your new project's architecture, features, phases, pricing and outreach all start from what the research found, instead of from a blank page.
You believe in your idea. Now prove it.
